PENGGUNAAN METODE ACTIVE LEARNING RESUME KELOMPOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN MATERI KEDAULATAN RAKYAT PADA SISWA KELAS VIII -1 SMP NEGERI 3 MATARAM TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014 -2015

This study aims to determine whether the application of active learning (active learning) through the resume method group-1 class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Mataram academic year 2014-2015 can improve student learning outcomes material Citizenship Education Sovereignty of the People in the Indonesian system.? Class Action Research (PTK) with the model cycle. Cycle model used include 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four components, namely a plan of action that will be performed and the attitude as a solution, the implementation phase of action, (apperception, the core part, and the closing), observation, reflection. Based on the results of this reflection researcher with the teacher to revise improvements to the original plan. The results showed that an increase in average student achievement of learning outcomes or the original 64.50 78.90 the first cycle to the second cycle. Means the action research using active learning (active learning) PPKn resume applying the learning model group in class VIII-1 SMPN 3 Mataram 2014-2015 school year has been good and above standard provisions implied.
