PENGEMBANGAN USAHA IKAN TANGKAP PADA UD YANA DI KECAMATAN SAPE KABUPATEN BIMA PROVINSI NUSATENGGARA BARAT

This research aims to assess the development of fish caught through additional investment of 2 (two) units of the boat in terms of financial aspect. The type of study is a descriptive study. Data collection technique used are the documentation and interviews. Data analysis used is investment criteria.
The analysis showed that the addition of 2 (two) units of the boat at UD. Yana in the District Sape to Bima decent run when viewed from the financial aspects indicate that the addition of 2 (two) units of the boat at UD. Yana in the District Sape to Bima feasible because based on the results of the analysis carried out by using the investment criteria of Net Present Value (NPV) were positive (+) of Rp.2,138,002,658, -, Payback Period (PP) that is equal to 2 months and 21 days, this suggests that the rate of return on investment is faster than the economic life of the investment that has been determined and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 65% this indicates that the results IRR is greater than a predetermined interest rate.
