PENGARUH WORKING CAPITAL, FIRM SIZE, DEBT RATIO, DAN FINANCIAL FIXED ASSET RATIO TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS

Issues that were examined in this study is whether there is influence between the Working Capital Financial Fixed Assets, Firm Size, and Debt Equity Ratio on the profitability of real estate and property companies listed on the Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously. This study is a population where 21 real estate and property companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2014 out the research samples. Secondary data were taken by the means of documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple regressions. The results showed that the Working Capital, Fixed Assets Financial, Firm Size, and Debt Equity Ratio had simultaneous effect on profitability. Partially Working Capital, Fixed Assets Financial, Firm Size, and Debt Equity Ratio had significant effect on profitability
