PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMAN RSBI DI KOTA MATARAM

ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this resear is to find out significant influence in a partial and simultaneos variabel influence of ability and work against the teacher motivation performance SMA RSBI in the city of Mataram and variable from the ability to know what work more dominant and motivation. Type this research, using assosiatif a causal relation the data collected by chief and engineering documentation. Data analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this research are people civil servants on SMAN RSBI in the city of Mataram respondents and be numbered 94 people. Research conducted by ways of the census.

The result of testing in partial result test t known t count of a variable free ability (X1) as much as 2,147 with sifnificances 0,034 larger than t table 1,986 ( t count 2,147 > t table 1,986 ) can then be known in partial variable ability ( X1 ) influence significantly to variable performance ( Y ). While motivation ( X2 ) obtained t count as much as 6,799 with significance of 0,000 larger than t table 1,986 (t count 6,799 > t table 1,986 ). We can see in partial variable motivation ( X2 ) influence significantly to variable performance  ( Y ). Testing simultaneously obtained result f count 144,007 larger than f table is as much as 3,097 or can be seen from significanse of 0,000 or smaller than 0.05. This means that there are influence simultaneously of a variable ability and motivation against the performance of the teacher into SMAN RSBI in the city of Mataram. of a variable ability and variable variable motivation that motivation has a dominant influence on the performance the teacher SMAN RSBI in the city of Mataram, this dibuktikan with value coefficient standard betha for the ability of 0,215 (21,5%) while value coefficient standardized behta motivation of 0,680           ( 68,0% ). That means that hence expected to the SMAN RSBI in the city of Mataram reassess efforts to increase by a factor ability and as though teacher motivation and teacher achieved performance optimally.
