PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL KARYAWAN PADA SEKOLAH NUSA ALAM DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK BARAT

This study aims to prove the significance of the cultural aspects of the organization consisting of norms, values and rules dominant partially and simultaneously on organizational commitment in Nusa Alam School. This study was included in the study associative. The population in this study were all employees at the School of Nusa Alam, amounting to 54 people, the data collection tools used were questionnaires and data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research proves that organizational culture simultaneously and partially significant effect on organizational culture terikatya variables in Nusa School Alam.Variabel organizational culture of the most dominant influence on organizational commitment in Nusa Alam School. But schools should strive to Nusa Alam further improve the two variables, namely norms (X1) and rules (X3) to increase organizational commitment of employees at Nusa Alam School.
