ABSTRACT

Financial Law is one part of the economic law that one aspect of regulating the activities in the field of capital markets. Developments in society, led to the development needs of the community are also against the law. These conditions led to the development in the field of private law and public law. Rapid activity in economics, for example, according to some people cause the existing regulations in the field of economy can no longer follow and accommodate the needs of law in this field, so we need a new rule of law in the field of economics.
