MEKANISME PASAR PT. KAO INDONESIA WILAYAH KUPANG, NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR, BALI

ABSTRACT

 The aims of this research are to know  : 1) the products that is distributed to Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur and Bali by PT Kao Indonesia; 2) the type of organization structure in which is used; 3)the marketplace mechanism that undertaken in; 4) the job descriptions which is handled by the directrors of PT Kao on these area.

 The data was collected by directly interview with those directors of the area, and also secondary data that was collected from the PT Kao Indonesia’s website. This research use qualitative descriptive technic that is clearly description of the marketplace mechanism of PT Kao Indonesia in Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur and Bali.

The results of this research are: 1) the product that is distributed are non-food product such as skincare, woman’s sanitary napkin or tampon, and detergent, 2) these company  has kind of line organizational structure and also has job descritions and responsibility from the chief to the employees, 3) the company applies the marketplace mechanism which is consider to the population the area of province, county and district and BPS. 4) In the planning of the jobs, the director appliessuch norms and values to the consumers to use the products of PT Kao Indonesia, since the products is really melding to the comsumers with high quality and compatible price. There is no differences between the last policy with the new one, it is only different in the type leadership.
