ABSTRACT

 The purpose of this study are to identify and analyze business implications (profitability) business (Songketan Weaving Shop Kepeng Mas Lombok, The City Terminal and Trac Astra Rent A Car) in the area of ​​ex-Selaparang Mataram Airport and to conduct policy analysis for the improvement of business conditions for entrepreneurs in ex-Selaparang Mataram Airport.

The type of research is a descriptive study. With the questionnaire data collection, information relating to the ownership of assets, liabilities and items forming the income statement. Analysis tool used is the ROI analysis and qualitative analysis to determine the conditions for the improvement of business every business.

The findings in this study is the ability of the three businesses (Songketan Weaving Shop Kepeng Mas Lombok, The City Terminal and Trac Astra Rent A Car) to generate earnings, which indicate with achieving ROI in the pre and post ex-Selaparang decreased. ROI value Songketan Weaving Shop Kepeng Mas Lombok period amounted to 23.31% pre, decreased to -4.29% on the ex-post Selaparang Airport. The same conditions on the City Terminal, the pre amounted 71.60%, decreased to -0.61% in the period after ex-Selaparang Airport. The two companies suffered losses in the post ex-Selaparang Airport. Decrease achieving ROI on Trac Astra Rent A Car is still in the category of obtaining profitability (ROI positive value), with the pre ROI of 11.99% to 8.97% on the ex-post period Selaparang Airport. Weaving Songketan store Kepeng Mas Lombok and The City Terminal relatively new policy or policy change with the transfer of business management Selaparng airport to BIL, unlike Trac Astra Rent A Car make changes to make the postal business in the area as well as perform marketing services BIL via the Internet.

Advice that can be given is the Songketan Weaving Shop Kepeng Mas Lombok make purchases with debt system, that source of capital in the business is more important than trade debt, instead of working capital loans and equity capital. The City Terminal will also need to pay attention to the use of capital resources, because of the cost of capital (interest) causes this business at a disadvantage, because it is still operating at a profit. The two companies also need to do the marketing through internet media. For Trac Astra Rent A Car to further improve the efficiency, by the way has its own technicians and own car maintenance place.
