ABSTRACT

 This study uses a normative approach, results showed that the Power Electronic Document Authentication With Electronic Signatures In Civil Trial Process contained in Law No. 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions, states that an electronic document signed with a digital signature such signature , is an extension of the proof in the Indonesian civil procedural law, so that all electronic transactions with electronic signatures can be regarded as a deed, even the strength of the proof together with an authentic deed made by the competent authority. The government should immediately ratify the Government Regulations on Electronic Signatures and Certification Regulations on Electronic Government, so no further legal rule of Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions
