HUBUNGAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP INTENSI BERKOMPETISI PADA BPR PRIMA NADI CAKRANEGARA

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career development with the intention of competing employees at PT . BPR Prima Nadi Cakranegara . This study is associative research is to know the relationship between career development to the intention to compete employees at PT . BPR Prima Nadi Cakranegara .
Based on the analysis of data on the answers of 37 respondents to the use of data analysis obtained Pearson product moment correlation positive correlation of 0.633 between career development and intention to compete . This suggests that the higher and positive respondents to the higher development of his career and also the positive intentions of its competition . Based on the calculation of correlation coefficient of 0.633 , including the strong category . So there is a positive relationship between career development and intention to compete . Thus it can be stated that the correlation between career development with the intention of competing at 0.633 is significan.
