ABSTRACT

 The purpose of this reseach to investigate the influence of the physical environment (working conditions, equipment and facilities work) together to work productivity and also to find out which of the physical work environment factors that have the dominant influence to work productivity. The analysis tool used to provide subject matter is responsible for using Linear analysis tools.

 From the results of research conducted date analysis following results: Based on the regression calculations have been done then obtained regression line equation Y = 1.142 + 0.261 + 0.317 X1 + X2 +0.208 X3 ei. The results of the analysis of the obtained coefficient of multiple determination of 0.990 means that the degree of influence of the physical work environment on employee productivity is at 99.0 percent. From the test results simultaneously obtained using the F test count of 358.453. Value of F count greater than the value of F table value 3.59 is evidence of simultaneous changes in the physical work environment (working conditions, equipment and complete facilities) significantly influence the level of productivity employee printing. While partially or each result of analysis can be explained as follows: the regression coefficient for working conditions (X1) of 0.261 implies that an increase by one percent then lead to increased productivity by 26.1 percent assuming complete facilities and equipment remain or constant, the value of the regression coefficient for equipment (X2) of 0.317 percent means that an increase of one percent if it causes an increase of 31.7 percent against productivity assuming working condition and completeness of all fixed or constant. While the regression coefficient for the complete facilities (X3) of 0.208 per cent means that if an increase of one percent, an increase of 20.8 percent against productivity working conditions and equipment fixed or constant.
