The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of employees part of production, whether there is a relationship between the working environment and job satisfaction of employees part of production, whether there is a relationship between organizational culture and working environment together with employee satisfaction parts production at PT. Scholastic Media Nusantara – Reuters TV. Variables used in this research is the organizational culture as a variable X1, X2 as the work environment and employee satisfaction as a variable Y. production data were analyzed by using a simple correlation (Pearson Product Moment) and multiple correlation. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of employees of the production, there is a significant relationship between work environment with employee satisfaction parts production, and there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and working environment together with job satisfaction employees in the production of PT. Scholastic Media Nusantara – Reuters TV.
